These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIQ Genesis and related indicators and services provided by AIQ Systems LLC ("AIQ", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using AIQ Genesis, you agree to these Terms.
AIQ Genesis is a set of technical-analysis indicators that run on the TradingView platform. It computes the AIQ Expert Rating and related evidence from market data and displays it on your charts. AIQ Genesis is an indicator layer on top of TradingView; it is not a standalone trading platform, brokerage, or execution service.
AIQ Genesis is an educational and analytical tool. Nothing it produces is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. The Expert Rating ranks how one-sided the technical evidence is; it does not predict future prices or guarantee outcomes, and it is expressly not designed to time entries. All trading and investment decisions are your own, and you are solely responsible for them. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Past performance and historical behaviour of any indicator or rule are not indicative of future results. We make no representation or warranty that use of AIQ Genesis will be profitable or will meet your objectives.
AIQ Genesis is offered in tiers (Essential, Plus, and Premium). Essential is free. Plus and Premium are paid subscriptions billed as described at checkout. Plus and Premium are provided as invite-only indicators on TradingView, which requires a paid TradingView plan to access; a TradingView subscription is separate from, and in addition to, your AIQ Genesis subscription and is governed by TradingView's own terms.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AIQ Genesis for your own trading and research. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share access to the indicators, and not to attempt to extract or reproduce the underlying rule logic. Access is tied to your own TradingView account.
AIQ Genesis, the AIQ Expert Rating, and all associated software, logic, text, and branding are the property of AIQ Systems LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on TradingView and other third parties whose availability we do not control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQ Systems LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AIQ Genesis. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
AIQ Genesis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIQ Systems LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
